XiPHiAS.net started as a web design buro called XiPHiAS Web Design. Since 2006 three years our focus changed from website creation to photography. XiPHiAS.net now became host to XiPHiAS Photography.

We still create websites, mostly for our selfs so we have a platform to expose our pictures on but we also do some freelance work on the side. This is mostly done for Illusion 7, a web hosting and web design company who I work with closely.

Below are some of the sites we have done over the years, starting at the bottom with a simple HTML website and slowly moving via XML to database driven websites and Content Management Systems.

This week we will be 24th Haarlemse Honkbal Week to take pictures. We will cover all weekend and evening matches.

EuroJam 2011, de eerste in een reeks van internationale basketbal toernooien in Europa, is een uniek sportevenement voor basketbal fans en families uit heel Europa. Het biedt een geweldige kans om basketbalwedstrijden te zien met ervaren professionele (NBA) spelers en elite (NCAA) college basketball-spelers. Er zal veel entertainment zijn tijdens en tussen de wedstrijden zoals cheerleaders, freestyle basketbal demostrations en clinics in het "Sport Experiance" gebied.

Last week we covered the 2009 Baseball World Cup round 2 in The Netherlands. Our images have been used by various media like NU.nl and Primera Hora (Puerto Rican newspaper). We have also been working for the IBAF who used the pictures on the tournaments website.

The next two weeks we will be covering the Dutch national basketball team as they play two European cup qualification matches at the Topsportcentrum in Almere.

Tomorrow we will be traveling to Florida for the second round of the this great MLB baseball tournament. This is the only tournament which includes the best players on earth who play in the MLB.

This week we were at the European Championships Cadet Girls in Alkmaar and have taken thousands of pictures. Most of the pictures can be seen on the events website and can be ordered via our printing partner OYPO.

This year we'll be covering the AHBW again for NUsport. On out American sports website www.sportfotografie.us you can view our pictures and you can also order prints. We'll post a message there day-by-day which will include the images per game.
